This website showcases the work in progress on the Miga's Secret project. Miga’s Secret is an illustrated an animated nursery rhyme, accessible through a set of seven concertina picture books and an interactive mobile application. The idea and project is initiated by Art Director and Motion Designer Monika Rohner.

Five for Freedom / Styleframe
First styleframes and character development of the “Five for Freedom” scene which is taking place in a hilly landscape. On some hill tops is a tree or a building balancing. And on one hill are the five animals standing tight together.
The magpie who becomes a dancer:
By the way: The landscape allows to locate other scenes as well. “Joy” could take place in a lake between two hills. The city of “Girl” could be located in a valley between two hills.
I’m still thinking about combining all the seven loops to one big Magpie-Universe, but it’s kind of tricky…
