Seven is a Secret / Storyboard
I made a new version of the storyboard for loop seven. I didn’t quite like the older version of the loop, although I loved the cat 🙂 I got very much inspired by something Roy Batty in Blade Runner is saying: “If only you could see what I have seen with your eyes.” But of course the context is different. The woman in the loop wants the man to see what she’s seeing, which would mean that he sees himself with her loving eye. It’s all about seeing each other and oneself.
A boy with a bird mask stands behind a girl (with bird-mask as well) and holds his hands over her eyes. (1). She takes his hands and wants to see who’s behind her (2). The girl turns around and sees the boy (3). On his shoulder sits a nosy magpie. The two people look at each other and we see the sparkles (4+5). The girl takes her shining eye and gives it to the boy (6-8). But the magpie is quicker and grabs the shiny eyeball (9+10). He flies off and the eyeball in the magpies mouth leaves a sparkling mark behind like a comet (11). The camera follows the magpie through the dark sky and finds the boy and the girl standing on the comet tail (12). The boy stands behind the girl and holds his hands over her eyes ∞
Here some work in progress pictures of the storyboarding process:

Finally in this last loop theres the boy and girl meeting each other. The mood in this loop has to be magic. There’s sparkling eyes and a comet tail 🙂 Here’s the moodboard:
